Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for temporary assignments at state-operated long-term care facilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care while gaining valuable clinical experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient/resident care in accordance with established care plans
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the care team
  • Support care plan implementation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Adhere to all facility policies as well as state and federal regulations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications

  • Active CNA license (or eligibility; must be obtained prior to start)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work temporary assignments and travel/relocate if required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills
  • Two professional references from the past three years
