Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for temporary assignments at state-operated long-term care facilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide quality patient care while gaining diverse clinical experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient/resident care in accordance with care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
• Support care plan implementation and participate in team collaboration
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment

Requirements

• Active CNA license (or eligibility; must obtain prior to start)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work temporary assignments and travel/relocate if needed
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Two professional references (from the last 3 years)
