Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Cath Lab Tech to support physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures within a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in catheterization, hemodynamic monitoring, and sterile techniques to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, procedure trays, and specialized equipment
• Assist physicians with procedures including cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, atherectomy, valvuloplasty, IVUS, and stent placement
• Perform patient prep (EKG lead placement, skin prep, draping)
• Monitor and calibrate hemodynamic equipment
• Operate power injectors and digital imaging systems
• Manage imaging/data storage and transfer
• Support emergency interventions and patient stabilization
• Assist with sheath removal and vascular closure procedures
• Troubleshoot and maintain cath lab equipment
• Support inventory and supply management
• Deliver patient-centered care and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• Experience:
  • 6–12 months in a CVT-accredited program or
  • Minimum 2 years in a cardiac vascular/cath lab setting
• Acute care hospital experience required
• Cath lab scrub experience required
• Peripheral and neuro experience preferred
