Duration: 7 Weeks
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours/week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Combined Procedural Unit (CPU) in a fast-paced perioperative environment. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across Pre-Op, Post-Anesthesia Care (PACU), ICU, and Telemetry settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care based on clinical needs
• Assist physicians during Pre-Op, PACU, ICU, and Telemetry procedures
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and ensure safety throughout care
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and support recovery
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives

Qualifications

• Active RN license (State or Compact)
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Critical Care, Pre-Op, and PACU
• Telemetry certification required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
• Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience in ICU, Pre-Op, PACU, and Telemetry environments preferred
