Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting, providing high-quality care to an active patient population. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, adaptable, and capable of managing a dynamic caseload in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 5 Days/Week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours expected)
• Patient Volume: 12–14 patients/day
• Productivity Expectation: 60 visits/week
• Work Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Floating: Not required
• Travel Team Option: Available at this or neighboring clinic

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
• Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific requirement)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic rehabilitation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
