Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery
Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: Day Shift | 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM
Pay Rate: $70 – $80/hour

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and document patient care using the nursing process
• Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement care plans
• Support team members and participate in quality initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license (MA or compact)
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (required)
• Fetal Monitoring certification (within 2 years)
• Recent Labor & Delivery/OB experience (within 2 years)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
