Role Overview

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in a healthcare setting. The role involves assisting pharmacists with medication preparation, inventory management, and distribution while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution
Maintain medication inventory and supplies
Deliver medications and carts to various units
Operate and troubleshoot automated dispensing systems
Rotate shifts and assignments as required

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience
Experience in hospital and/or retail pharmacy (chain preferred)
High School Diploma or GED
Active NY State Pharmacy Technician license
PTCB certification required
