Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Elizabeth, CO 80107

Duration: 6 Weeks Contract

Shift & Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• 5 days/week (5 x 7.5 hours)
• 37.5 billable hours per week

Role Overview

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a short-term, school-based assignment. The role involves supporting students with behavioral and developmental challenges through structured intervention plans and collaborative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
• Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with special needs
• Support development of social, academic, and life skills
• Use positive reinforcement and behavior strategies to encourage desired behaviors
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings
• Follow all school policies, procedures, and professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of school-based experience
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding
• Ability to work with children with behavioral or developmental challenges
• Strong communication and documentation skills
