Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Location: Lake Hopatcong, NJ

Shift & Hours:

• 36 hours guaranteed, with the potential to work up to 40 hours/week
• Overtime requires prior approval from the director

Job Summary:

Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care for a general orthopedic patient population, including post-surgical patients, workers’ compensation cases, and motor vehicle accident (MVA) patients. The role may include floating to other clinic locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services for patients with orthopedic and post-surgical needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments
• Maintain productivity expectations: 60 patient visits per week; approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Manage follow-up visits, including double-booking as necessary
• Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all clinic policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards
• Float to other clinic locations as assigned

Qualifications:

• Degree and licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
