Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and helping individuals improve mobility and overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Schedule & Work Hours

• 5 days per week
• 32 hours guaranteed
• Additional hours may be available based on patient volume

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
