Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience managing patients requiring close monitoring and intermediate-level care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including cardiac and respiratory status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes

Shift Details:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule may vary based on unit needs

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Progressive Care / Step-down Unit
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
• NIH Stroke Certification (NIHSS) – Required
