Schedule: Full-Time • Evenings & Nights (Multiple Shift Options)

Compensation & Incentives

• Hourly Rate: $29.00 – $41.00 (Based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
• Shift Differentials:
  • Evenings: +$2.00/hr
  • Nights: +$3.00/hr
  • Weekends: +$3.00/hr

Available Shifts

• Full-Time Nights: Includes rotating weekends
• Weekends Only: Thursday – Sunday schedule

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) to join a high-performing laboratory team within a leading acute care hospital. This role involves performing a full spectrum of laboratory testing—from waived to high-complexity—across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate diagnostic results and supporting clinical decision-making for patients across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic testing in accordance with CLIA standards
• Analyze and validate test results; investigate abnormalities for accuracy
• Maintain quality control, reagents, and laboratory equipment
• Support training and education of lab staff and students
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation of new technologies

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of recent Blood Bank experience in an acute care/hospital lab (required)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related science
• Certification: ASCP (MT/MLS), CLS (NCA), or equivalent (required)
• Strong expertise in high-complexity testing, lab safety, and best practices
