Compensation: $129,000 – $175,000 annually (DOE) + Up to 15% Incentive
The Director of Strategic Marketing will lead high-level marketing strategies targeting healthcare facilities, hospital systems, and executive stakeholders within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong executive presence, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with enterprise supply chain and operational strategies.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans targeting healthcare facilities and hospital systems
Create value-based messaging tailored to pharmaceutical and medical device audiences
Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and executive leadership teams
Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and healthcare purchasing behavior
Drive initiatives that improve facility engagement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction
Lead cross-functional marketing campaigns aligned with organizational growth objectives
Present strategic initiatives to senior leadership and healthcare stakeholders
Monitor performance metrics and optimize marketing effectiveness
8–10+ years of marketing experience targeting healthcare facilities
Direct experience within pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries
Proven success developing strategic marketing initiatives for hospital systems
Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain and facility operations
Demonstrated leadership experience in enterprise-level marketing
