Compensation:
Local: $15.00 – $25.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Travel: $25.00 – $35.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule & Shift:
3–5 Days per Week
Day Shift (Variable Timing)
8–12 Hour Shifts
Approximately 40 Hours per Week
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) provides direct, hands-on care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role focuses on supporting daily living activities, ensuring resident comfort, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, and proper positioning of residents
Monitor and record vital signs; report any changes to nursing staff
Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
Support nursing staff with routine care tasks
Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Certifications:
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Certification (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Preferred)
COVID-19 Vaccination (Required)
Experience:
New graduates are welcome to apply
Prior LNA or patient care experience preferred
Experience in SNF or long-term care settings preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Good observation and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility
Commitment to patient dignity and confidentiality
