Compensation:

  • Local: $15.00 – $25.00/hour (Based on Experience)

  • Travel: $25.00 – $35.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule & Shift:

  • 3–5 Days per Week

  • Day Shift (Variable Timing)

  • 8–12 Hour Shifts

  • Approximately 40 Hours per Week


Position Overview

The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) provides direct, hands-on care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role focuses on supporting daily living activities, ensuring resident comfort, and maintaining high standards of patient care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Support mobility, transfers, and proper positioning of residents

  • Monitor and record vital signs; report any changes to nursing staff

  • Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

  • Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights

  • Support nursing staff with routine care tasks

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Follow all infection control and safety protocols


Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Certifications:

  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Certification (Required)

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Preferred)

  • COVID-19 Vaccination (Required)

Experience:

  • New graduates are welcome to apply

  • Prior LNA or patient care experience preferred

  • Experience in SNF or long-term care settings preferred
