Compensation:
Local: $15.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)
Travel: $25.00 – $35.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
5 Days per Week
Day Shift
Shift Timing: 6:30 AM – 2:45 PM
Hours: 8 hours per shift (~40 hours/week)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team in Orono, ME. The CNA will provide hands-on care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality care.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, and proper positioning of residents
Monitor and record vital signs; report any changes to nursing staff
Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Support nursing staff with routine care tasks and procedures
Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent – Preferred
Certifications:
Active CNA Certification – Required
BLS Certification – Preferred
COVID-19 Vaccination – Required
Experience:
New graduates are welcome (training provided)
Prior CNA or patient care experience – Preferred
SNF or long-term care experience – Preferred
