Position: Pharmacist 

Location: Elmhurst, NY 11373

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Compensation & Benefits for Travellers

Pay Range: $90.00 – $108.00/hr (based on experience)

Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $3,500 – $4,000

Job Requirements – Pharmacist (Acute Inpatient)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist
• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist issued by NYSED (Primary Source Verification required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems
• Sterile compounding/processing experience
• IV room experience
• Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Evening shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Weekend schedule with 2 consecutive weekdays off (Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday)
• Acute inpatient setting, including Emergency Department and Psychiatric units

Additional Information:

• Mandatory 2-week training from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Training includes EPIC system orientation
