Position Title: CT Technologist – Contract
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Total Weekly Gross: $1,922.50
Hours per Week: 22.5
Shift Length: 7.5 hours
Days per Week: 3
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and adherence to established radiology standards. This role involves operating CT equipment, administering contrast/radiopharmaceuticals, and maintaining strict quality and safety protocols in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Perform CT imaging using appropriate technical parameters (kV, mA) to ensure image quality
Conduct daily quality control and calibration checks on CT equipment
Administer contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals per physician orders and protocols
Maintain accurate documentation including logs, manuals, and charge records
Identify and report equipment issues in compliance with regulatory standards
Perform quality assurance and safety testing procedures
Follow radiation safety guidelines in accordance with ALARA principles
Manage patient imaging data for radiologist interpretation
Order, receive, and verify radiopharmaceutical doses per protocol
Confirm dosage activity levels prior to administration
Active New York State License (L.R.T)
ARRT Certification in Radiography and CT (current)
Current BLS Certification
1–2 years of recent CT experience
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Associate’s or higher degree in Radiologic Technology (required)
