Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Steamboat Springs, CO
Duration: 13-Week Contract
Pay Rate: $38 to $40/hour (Based on experience)
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The LPN will collaborate with Registered Nurses and physicians to ensure patient comfort, accurate treatment, and effective care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patient health and record vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist in patient assessments and care planning
Provide wound care and basic nursing treatments
Support physicians and RNs during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
Requirements:
Active LPN license in Colorado
1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
