Shift: Day Shift | 3 x 11.5 Hours (07:30 AM – 06:00 PM)
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an Acute Care Float Pool role. The CNA will provide direct patient care across multiple units, supporting nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
Support patient mobility, including transfers and ambulation
Maintain patient comfort and safety at all times
Assist nurses with clinical tasks and patient care procedures
Ensure proper infection control and hygiene standards are followed
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Float to various units as needed based on staffing requirements
Active CNA certification
Experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
