Job Type: Contract (26 Weeks)
Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
We are seeking a licensed Inpatient Pharmacist to support medication management and pharmacy operations in a clinical setting. This role includes a mix of clinical responsibilities and distribution/technician support duties, making it ideal for candidates comfortable working across multiple pharmacy functions.
Prepare and dispense medications, therapeutic drugs, and devices
Provide clinical pharmacy support to healthcare teams
Offer guidance on pharmacy policies, procedures, and medication-related inquiries
Perform medication management and patient education
Assist with automated medication repackaging systems
Support medication cart filling and distribution tasks
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Active New York State Pharmacist License
Experience in inpatient or clinical pharmacy settings
Strong understanding of medication safety and pharmacy operations
Ability to perform both clinical and distribution responsibilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
