Shift Details: 3 Shifts/Week | 8 Hours/Shift
Hours: 24 Hours/Week

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting Travel or Local job in Montour Falls NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician instructions
• Monitor patient health, vital signs, and report any changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure comfort
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting (Required)
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – State of New York
• Knowledge of patient care practices and safety standards
