Position Title: LPN - Day - Contract
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Contract | Local or Travel
Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM - 6:30 pm
Duration: 13 weeks
Payrate: $44 hourly

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a LPN for an exciting Travel or Local job in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR systems.
• Support RNs and healthcare teams in implementing care plans.
• Provide basic wound care and assist with medical procedures.
• Educate patients and families on basic healthcare needs and follow-up care.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies within scope of practice.

Qualifications:
• Active LPN license (state-specific as required).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of basic nursing practices and patient care techniques.
• Ability to follow care plans and work under supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
