Position Title: Registered Nurse – Day – Contract

Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Payrate: $63 hourly
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Phoenix, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient health conditions and record medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Active RN license (state-specific as required).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
