Job Title: Oracle HCM Applications Analyst (Payroll & Benefits)

Location: Houston, TX 77024 (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 Months


Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Applications Analyst with strong expertise in Payroll and Benefits to support system analysis, configuration, and optimization initiatives. This role involves working closely with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to enhance system functionality, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including payroll implementations, reporting, and integrations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform moderate to complex analysis of HR/Payroll systems, processes, and data trends

  • Configure and support Oracle HCM Payroll, Absence, and Benefits modules

  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll and benefits processing

  • Design and generate reports using OTBI and BI Publisher for auditing and compliance

  • Collaborate with technical teams on data extracts, integrations, and reporting solutions

  • Support system testing, validation, and implementation activities

  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency

  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders


Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)

  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas

  • In-depth understanding of HR and Payroll processes

  • Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting

  • Experience supporting payroll audits and compliance reporting

  • Prior experience in Oracle Payroll implementation, including configuration and testing


Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with PL/SQL

  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  • Experience with end-to-end ERP integrations

  • Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
