RN House Supervisor
Location: New York, NY 10035
Job Type: Contract (14 Weeks)
Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Evening)
Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Alternating Weekends Required)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $68 – $72/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to provide leadership and administrative oversight during evening operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with regulatory standards across the facility.
Requirements:
2+ years of acute care supervisory experience
Knowledge of Joint Commission standards
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN)
Certifications & Licensure:
Active NY RN License (NYSED Verified)
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
AHA PALS
Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff and hospital operations during shift
Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
Support patient care and resolve operational issues
