Salary: $119,000 – $158,000 annually (DOE)

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Occupational Therapy to lead a dynamic rehabilitation team in a community-focused healthcare setting. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of clinical care (80%) and administrative leadership (20%), allowing you to stay hands-on while shaping departmental excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned clinician ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to deliver high-quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Clinical Leadership: Supervise Occupational Therapy staff, including COTAs and Rehabilitation Technicians
Patient Care: Conduct evaluations and provide treatment to a diverse patient population
Quality Assurance: Oversee clinical education, staff competencies, and policy/procedure development
Compliance: Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory guidelines
Program Development: Support departmental growth, program expansion, and efficient discharge planning
Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (AOTA-approved required)
Licensure: Active California Occupational Therapy license (required)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
Certifications: Must meet all requirements set by the California Therapy Board
Preferred: Membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
