Location: Sweetwater, TX
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $2,000 (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a rural hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be confident in providing comprehensive maternal care across all stages, including antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum, and newborn nursery.
Provide nursing care across antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum, and nursery
Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery
Assist with deliveries and perform OB circulating duties (preferred)
Deliver postpartum care and newborn assessments
Educate patients and families on maternal and newborn care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Rural hospital environment
Approximately 20–30 deliveries per month
Close-knit team with a broad scope of practice
Strong experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
Ability to independently manage multiple areas within women’s services
Comfort working in a rural, low-volume but high-responsibility setting
OB Circulator experience
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
STABLE Certification
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
Ideal candidate should be adaptable, confident, and comfortable with a wide scope of practice
