Pay Rate: $1,267.50/Week
Shift & Schedule:
Day/Evening Rotating Shifts
(6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
32–40 Hours/Week
Occasional Weekends & Holidays
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Blood Donor Care Specialist (Phlebotomist) to support a high-volume hospital-based donor center. This role involves donor screening, blood collection, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while delivering excellent patient care.
Screen donors for eligibility in accordance with established regulatory standards
Perform whole blood collections, therapeutic phlebotomy, and support offsite blood drives
Prepare and label blood components and specimens accurately
Maintain proper documentation and data entry, including donor deferrals
Assist with donor recruitment efforts and maintain supply inventory
Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
Provide excellent customer service and follow all facility policies and procedures
High School Diploma or GED
Prior phlebotomy experience required
National certification or completion of an accredited phlebotomy program preferred
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
