RN – Home Health (Travel Contract)
Location: Hyannis / Yarmouth, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Setting: Home Health
Pay: $2,761/week (Negotiable)
Schedule:
Day Shift – 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week
Monday–Friday
Occasional weekends & holidays
Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments
Develop and manage care plans
Monitor patient progress
Coordinate with care team
Supervise Home Health Aides
Complete documentation (admissions, visits, discharges)
Educate patients and families
Requirements:
Active RN license
CPR Certification
1+ year experience (or 6 months with BSN)
Home Health/IV experience preferred
Basic computer & communication skills
