Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel Contract)
Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4x10 Hour Day Shifts (40 Hours/Week)
Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Rotating weekends and holidays
On-call required (nights, weekends, holidays)
Compensation:
Travel Rate: $3,245 - $3,436/week (Negotiable based on experience)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, supporting cardiac procedures, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Provide post-procedure care for cardiac interventions (PCI, ablation, pacemaker/ICD, TAVR)
Monitor patients on vasoactive medications
Perform IV administration and telemetry monitoring
Serve as charge nurse and assist with staff orientation and training
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Attend unit meetings and required training programs
Active RN license
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
BLS & ACLS certifications required
IABP certification required
Experience in acute cardiac or step-down unit
Proficiency in IV therapy and telemetry monitoring
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to participate in on-call rotation
Recent Cardiac Cath Lab or interventional cardiology experience
BSN degree
CCRN or CRN certification
