We are seeking skilled and experienced Field Engineers to support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities across multiple client environments. This role involves hands-on deployment, configuration, and support of IT infrastructure solutions in enterprise settings.
Perform IMAC-related activities including installation, relocation, upgrades, and changes of IT infrastructure.
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
Work on technologies related to servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
Support infrastructure solutions including HCI platforms, backup systems, and cloud-integrated environments.
Execute on-site technical tasks while adhering to operational and security protocols.
Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders for project execution and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and configurations.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
Server and storage systems
Networking technologies
Virtualization platforms
Backup and recovery solutions
Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)
Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Stack)
Familiarity with enterprise IT deployment standards and processes.
Exposure to emerging technologies such as Gen AI is an added advantage.
Proficiency in French language (mandatory).
Active Canadian Government security clearance (required).
Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in Canada.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Prior experience in field services or deployment roles preferred.
Fully onsite role involving travel within assigned regions.
Dynamic, fast-paced enterprise IT environment.
