Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – CVICU
Location: Gastonia, NC
Pay Rate: $50 – $55 per hour
Shift Type: Night Shift
Hours per Day: 12
Weekly Hours: 36–48 (based on rotation)
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with CVICU experience to provide advanced cardiovascular critical care during the night shift. The RN will monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest standards of patient care for adult patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and provide care for critically ill cardiovascular patients.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Prior ICU experience preferred.
Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
