Salary Range: $30.60 – $45.90 per hour (based on experience)
Night Shift Differential: $4.25 per hour
Sign-On Bonus
$10,000 for Day Shift
$15,000 for Night Shift

A healthcare facility in Lake City, FL is seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
The ER RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment for patients with urgent and emergent conditions.
Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, including pain assessment and reassessment after interventions
Administer medications, treatments, and emergency procedures as ordered by physicians
Provide prompt and effective emergency nursing care in a high-acuity environment
Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Promote disease prevention, healthy lifestyle practices, and self-care management
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Follow established emergency care protocols, infection control, and safety standards
Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Emergency Room (ER) RN experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required (BSN preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the American Heart Association
