7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Range: $32.52 – $44.72 per hour

A modern acute care hospital is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join its inpatient rehabilitation team. The role focuses on helping patients regain independence after illness, injury, or surgery through evidence-based therapy and collaborative care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Accurately document therapy outcomes and patient progress.
Educate patients and families to support recovery and independence.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Provide guidance to therapy assistants or students when applicable.
Active State Occupational Therapist License
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
BLS certification within 30 days of employment
New graduates welcome; experience preferred
Acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience
Patient-centered care and clinical assessment
Care planning and therapy intervention design
Interdisciplinary teamwork and communication
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
