Location: Rochester, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule:
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
3 × 12-hour shifts per week
Compensation:
Local Rate: $862/week
Travel Rate: $1,250/week
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Medical-Surgical experience to support a fast-paced inpatient unit. The LPN will provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician and assist with monitoring patients, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Assist with medication administration and treatments
Support patient assessments and care for medical-surgical patients
Document patient care in electronic medical records
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Assist patients with mobility and daily activities as needed
Requirements:
Active LPN/LVN License
Medical-Surgical nursing experience
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
