Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Float Pool) 

Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Pay: $2,665/week (Travel)
Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: 3 Days/Week
Note: Rotating nights, holidays, and floating between units as required.

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN – Medical/Surgical Telemetry Float Pool to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital. The RN will use the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to care for telemetry, cardiac, surgical, and specialty patients depending on unit assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessment, care planning, and evaluation

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses

• Maintain accurate EHR documentation

• Communicate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Support patient education and discharge planning

• Participate in quality and safety initiatives

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program

• Active RN License (required before start)

• BLS Certification

• Recent Med/Surg experience in acute care (within last 2 years)

• Must pass Basic Arrhythmia and Pharmacology exams before start

Preferred

• BSN

• Telemetry experience

• ACLS Certification

• Experience with cardiac monitoring or specialty patient populations
