Position Title: Behavioral Health Technician
Location: New York, NY 10016
Pay Rate: $32 – $36/hr (Local, based on experience)

Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Shift Time: 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM
Schedule: 5 Days per Week
Weekly Hours: 37.5 Hours
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct support to patients with behavioral health needs in a hospital setting. This role involves monitoring patient behavior, assisting with interventions, and supporting clinical staff to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment during the night shift.
Monitor and support patients within a behavioral health unit
Assist clinical staff with behavioral interventions and daily care activities
Observe, document, and report patient behavior or condition changes
Maintain patient safety and follow facility protocols at all times
Experience: Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience
Certification: AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) required
