Job Title: X-Ray Technologist (Travel)
Location: Columbia, SC 29203
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $1,978.50/week
Eligibility: Candidates must live 100+ miles from Columbia, SC
Schedule:
Day Shift: 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM
3 Shifts per Week (37.5 Hours)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform X-ray imaging for trauma, acute care, and pediatric patients
Conduct portable/bedside X-ray imaging
Assist with OR imaging and C-arm procedures
Perform fluoroscopic studies (e.g., barium swallow/esophagram)
Provide imaging support in ER, ICU, NICU, PICU, and operating rooms
Document procedures in the EMR system
Follow safety protocols and float to other units if needed
Required Qualifications:
Active SCRQSA X-Ray Technologist License
ARRT (R) Certification
BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of X-ray experience (1 year accepted with Level 1 trauma & children’s hospital experience)
Experience with portable X-ray, OR imaging, and fluoroscopy
Experience in trauma, acute care, and pediatric imaging
Preferred:
Level 1 Trauma Center experience
Children’s hospital experience
OR/C-arm imaging experience
Fluoroscopic procedure experience
