Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Audiologist to provide comprehensive audiology services for patients of all ages. This role involves performing diagnostic hearing evaluations, providing auditory rehabilitation, and managing hearing devices. The Audiologist will collaborate closely with ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Audiology Services

  • Perform hearing evaluations, diagnostic testing, and auditory rehabilitation for patients across the lifespan

  • Fit, dispense, and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices

  • Work collaboratively with ENT providers and other healthcare professionals to support patient treatment plans

  • Educate patients and families on hearing health, communication strategies, and proper device care

Patient Care & Collaboration

  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Participate in case discussions or patient rounds when required

  • Provide patient counseling and follow-up care to support successful outcomes

Program Development & Documentation

  • Assist with patient education initiatives and community outreach programs

  • Support department process improvements to enhance patient experience and efficiency

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s Degree in Audiology required

Licensure

  • Active New York State Audiology License required at the time of start

Experience & Skills

  • Clinical experience in audiology, including diagnostic testing and hearing aid management

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team

Work Environment

  • Small, comfortable clinical setting with close collaboration among healthcare providers

  • Located in a medical office building near a hospital campus

  • Team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care
