Weekly Gross Pay: $2,500 – $3,000 (Based on Experience)
A healthcare facility in Corvallis, OR is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures. The RN will assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures while ensuring patient safety and high-quality clinical care throughout the process.
Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures.
Prepare patients for procedures by reviewing medical history, obtaining consent, and initiating IV access.
Assist cardiologists during procedures such as angiograms, cardiac catheterizations, and stent placements.
Monitor patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status during procedures.
Administer medications, sedation, and emergency interventions when required.
Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care, including monitoring recovery and educating patients on post-procedure instructions.
Operate and assist with cardiac catheterization lab equipment while maintaining a sterile environment.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, procedures, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Oregon
BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association (AHA)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – American Heart Association (AHA)
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required for credential verification per regulatory standards)
At least 1 year of experience or training in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Angiography setting
