A leading healthcare facility in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using Computed Tomography (CT) equipment. The technologist will produce high-quality cross-sectional images of tissues and internal organs to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients.
7 Days On / 7 Days Off
Includes outpatient and Emergency Department (ED) patients
Perform Computed Tomography (CT) scans according to physician orders and established protocols.
Operate and maintain CT and X-Ray (XR) imaging equipment.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
Ensure high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
Follow radiation safety standards and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Registered CT Technologist – ARRT (CT) certification.
Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) – General Certificate from the Texas Medical Board.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience performing both CT and X-Ray imaging.
Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, patient care, and radiation safety.
Experience working in Emergency Department (ED) and outpatient settings.
Ability to work independently during extended shifts.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
