Pay Rate: $28 – $32.50/hr | Weekly: $1,246 – $1,446

12-hour shifts, 4 days per week
48 guaranteed hours per week
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Steamboat Springs, CO. The CNA will provide patient-centered care during overnight shifts, ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
Take and record vital signs as required
Assist with repositioning, transfers, and ambulation
Provide emotional support, comfort, and reassurance to residents
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
Accurately document care provided per facility standards
Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare team members
Required Qualifications:
Active CNA certification (state-compliant)
Previous experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
Ability to work night shifts and variable schedules
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Ability to stand, lift, and assist residents as needed
Commitment to the full 13-week assignment
