Duration: 16 Weeks (High Possibility of Extension)
Schedule:
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Workdays: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Hourly Pay: $32 – $37 per hour (Based on Experience)
Note: Travel or housing reimbursements are not provided for this position
A healthcare facility in Lebanon, NH is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC) for a 16-week contract assignment with strong potential for extension. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents within the long-term care setting.
Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care environment
Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs and treatment responses
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control policies, and facility procedures
Support patients and families by providing education and emotional support
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN or ADN) from an accredited nursing program
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (state license required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
