Salary: $89,000 – $102,000 per year ($45.15 – $64.50 per hour)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

A healthcare facility in Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join its outpatient pediatric therapy team. The role involves providing speech and language therapy services for patients from birth to 21 years of age, including evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy sessions.
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply and will receive on-site supervision.
Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients (birth–21 years).
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy in individual and group sessions.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Education:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
License:
Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility required.
Clinical Fellows (CF) eligible.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
Strong speech and language evaluation skills
Ability to develop therapy plans
Good communication and teamwork skills
