Shift Differentials:
Night Shift Differential: + $4.00/hour
Weekend Differential: + $4.00/hour
$30,000 – Night Shift (2-year commitment)
$10,000 – Day Shift (2-year commitment)

The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med-Surg RN) provides high-quality patient care to adult patients with a variety of medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological conditions.
The Med-Surg unit serves a diverse patient population, offering nurses the opportunity to expand clinical skills and knowledge while working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Typical Patient Population Includes:
General post-surgical patients
Urology patients
Vascular surgery patients
Stable trauma patients
This facility operates as a Level I Trauma Center, and patients may present with higher acuity compared to standard Med-Surg units.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient progress.
Supervise and guide non-licensed nursing staff.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-care needs.
Provide emotional support and coordinate care throughout the treatment process.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience
Acute care experience does not need to be recent
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Missouri RN License or Compact License
BLS (Basic Life Support) required upon hire
