Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Butte, MT 59701
Shift: Night Shift – 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM
Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Pay Rate: $35 – $37 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an immediate night shift contract assignment in a long-term care setting in Butte, Montana. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while ensuring safety, comfort, and effective coordination with the healthcare team.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and changes in health status.
Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, residents, and family members.
Follow infection control guidelines and safety protocols.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while maintaining dignity and respect.
Active LPN License in the state of Montana (or compact license, if applicable).
BLS Certification required.
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or nursing home settings preferred.
Ability to work night (NOC) shifts and 8-hour schedules.
