Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Guaranteed per Week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $40 – $45 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a healthcare team in Hettinger, North Dakota. In this role, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment, ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and overall well-being while collaborating with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and changes in health status.
Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, residents, and family members.
Follow infection control guidelines and safety protocols.
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence.
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of North Dakota (or compact license if applicable).
BLS Certification required.
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings preferred.
