Location: Remote (South Carolina Residents Only)
Duration: 8 Months (Possible Extension)

Position Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Support Engineer to provide support for a complex PeopleSoft Human Resource Management system, related web applications, and reporting platforms. The role involves maintaining system stability, troubleshooting issues, and supporting multiple PeopleSoft environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, and support PeopleSoft infrastructure components including WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Application Messaging.

  • Manage systems across Oracle UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments.

  • Apply Tax Updates using PUM and Change Assistant.

  • Install and configure PeopleTools components such as Integration Broker, Interaction Hub, Secure Enterprise Search, and PeopleSoft Test Framework.

  • Configure Integration Broker gateways, services, queues, routings, and application messaging for internal and external integrations.

  • Install new PeopleSoft environments and refresh non-production environments.

  • Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms.

  • Monitor system performance and administer services for PeopleSoft environments.

  • Provide security administration for HR systems and applications.

  • Assist with batch cycle debugging and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Systems Administrator.

  • 5+ years of experience with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher, including tools such as:

    • PeopleCode

    • Application Engine

    • Integration Broker

    • XML Publisher

    • SQR

    • Data Mover

    • Query / nVision

    • PeopleSoft Test Framework

  • Experience maintaining and supporting PeopleSoft system components.

  • Experience applying PUM updates and Change Assistant.

  • Experience installing and configuring PeopleTools components and PeopleSoft environments.

  • Strong troubleshooting experience across multiple environments and operating systems.

  • Experience administering Linux and Windows batch servers.
