$33.00 – $54.45 per hour (based on experience)
This range applies to:
• Experienced Registered Nurses
• New Graduate Registered Nurses (less than 1 year of RN experience)
• Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $3.30/hr
• Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM): $6.00/hr
• Weekend Differential: $10.00/hr
• Holiday Differential: 50% added to base pay
• Specialty Differential (OR, ER, ICU): $2.00/hr
Shift differentials can be combined. For example, if a night shift occurs on a weekend or holiday, both the weekend/holiday and night differentials apply in addition to the base rate.
• 50–250 Miles: $2,500
• 251–500 Miles: $5,000
• 501+ Miles: $10,000
• Full-Time: 30% added to base hourly rate
• Part-Time: 20% added to base hourly rate
PLB teammates receive an additional hourly differential instead of traditional benefits. They remain eligible for applicable shift differentials and performance incentives but are not eligible for PTO accrual or participation in the benefits program.

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Registered Nurse – Oncology to provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cancer treatment.
The Oncology RN will deliver patient-centered care, administer oncology treatments, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, compassion, and the ability to manage complex patient conditions.
• Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and disease management
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
• Support a compassionate and patient-centered care environment
• Nursing Diploma
OR
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN / ASN) from an accredited nursing program
Preferred:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of North Carolina
Required Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
