Job Title: Surgical Technologist – CVOR
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (8-Hour Day Shift)
Pay Rate: $42 – $50 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to support cardiovascular surgical procedures in a high-acuity operating room environment. The technologist will assist in open heart, vascular, and endovascular surgeries across multiple operating rooms, including robotic and trauma suites, while ensuring a sterile environment and efficient surgical workflow.
Assist surgeons during open heart, vascular, and endovascular procedures in a fast-paced CVOR setting.
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile field before and during procedures.
Support robotic-assisted surgeries (Da Vinci Xi) and endovascular procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams to ensure safe and efficient surgical operations.
Maintain inventory, sterilization, and readiness of surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist with patient positioning, draping, and maintaining sterile technique during procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations and holiday coverage as required.
Minimum 2+ years of recent CVOR experience.
Experience with Open Heart, Vascular, and Endovascular surgeries required.
Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Operating Room preferred.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
